采访了蓝叔叔不久，就在广州的市集上碰到他。忙碌完两天的市集后，蓝叔叔回家一趟，探望家人和朋友。离开广州的那天，他跟我说了很多这次回广东的经历，“我和我以前的一个学生聚了一下……去了一家以前老板的朋友开的餐馆，东西不错但满贵的……在深圳的时候，我想去看个音乐会，可惜发生了点事情，让我很沮丧……”我们像平时一样交谈着争论着。吃过饭，我领着他到附近的菜市场买菜干、柴鱼等北京稀缺的产物，他看着各式各样的干货配料，乐得手舞足蹈，什么都想挑一点。最后，我们在菜市场拖延了一些时间，赶不上到点的机场大巴，只好打的，但蓝叔叔一点不在乎，抱着那些干货已经心满意足了。

Thurday | 农历十月初六

In China, Foodoll meets uncle blue. Uncle blue likes to writing, drawing and making dolls.
Foodoll: “The Chinese food is famous, but I think it is hard to cock.”
Uncle blue: “I think cocking is loving presentation emotionally. I remember, when my mother was dead, I had to do the cooking for myself. First time I was injured when I picked up the knife to cut the meal.”

Everyone think they will slow down in their life when they become freelance worker, and will have much time to enjoy the delicious food. However, it is not true. If I have a free day, I will spend the whole day in cocking. If that day comes in, I will go to the supermarket to choose fresh meal and vegetable then do the cooking and enjoy the wonderful food.

Uncle blue’s best course
My best course is brew trotter with peanut because my lover likes to eat and I like to see her enjoying it. The main materials are trotter, pickled with jam, red wine or brandy and beancurd cheese.

The best is at just right level
My favourite food is Cantonese food because it is coverall. You can find everything you want to eat. I like the health food and beverage. The best cooking is cooking food at the just right level.

Uncle blue’s favor meals
Breakfast: Sour milk, or fresh juice, less sweet bread.
Lunch: The nice rice, all kind of vegetable, fresh meal.
Dinner: Cantonese pot soup, all kind of vegetable, fruit.

Foodoll: “That’s means food has emotion, they will be happy, depress, angry…”
Uncle blue: “I think so, food gives us power because they are alive.”

I believe everyone has a belief in his mind. I can dominate　myself. Sometimes I read bible and the book of zen.

Eating meats have power for creative
I think I am dependent on food. I enjoy the moment when I finish the project. I can concentrate to work after having food.
I plan to hold an exhibition for my hand-make dolls, T-shirt, doodle. I hope my products can be exported to every corner of the world.

Uncle blue’s everyday
Everyday I am typing, eating, and drinking, or crafting in the ground. I don’t have the regular time schedule. Usually, I get up at 8:30am, begin to work at 9:00am and dream at 24:00am

Evil character
In the HK film “A Chinese Odyssey”, Tangent says: “Evil has human character”, so I think I am the human that has the evil character too.
